I normally ship within 1-2 business days after receiving an order. If I cannot ship within that time frame, you will be notified by email.


USA: First Class Mail - 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. If you wish to have your order shipped express, please contact me and I will invoice you for the actual shipping charges based on your address.

Canadian and International Orders: Items will be shipped with the most reasonably priced and timely carrier. The carrier may differ based on the items ordered.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns rarely happen, but when they do, they are unfortunate. In order to avoid having to return an item, please ask questions before you make a purchase. I'll will gladly answer any questions you may have.

I value you as a customer and strive for complete customer satisfaction and repeat business. If, for any reason, you wish to return a purchased item, I will gladly issue a refund or exchange for an item of equal value providing the following conditions are met. These conditions are imposed to discourage an item being purchased, used, then returned for a refund when it is no longer needed.

- Please contact me at via email or phone within two days upon receipt of your order. If emailing, be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. An item in your possession for five days is considered sold and not returnable.

- I must receive the returned item within 14 days to qualify for a refund. Tracking numbers must be sent to me via email shortly after the return is shipped. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance.

- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. I will not accept any return if the item has been damaged or altered for any reason.

- If the item has been sent to you via free UPS or USPS shipping, the original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. If you exchange for another item, the shipping/handling fee will not be imposed.

Providing all of the above conditions are met, I will issue a refund as soon as I receive and inspect the item.

Please allow 30 days for the return credit to show up on your credit card statement. All sales are final, however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. My customers are very important to me and I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.


I take extra care to pack orders to prevent damage and breakage during shipment. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these directions closely so insurance is not voided. Please note that only orders over $100 receive insurance.

-If the package shows visible damage upon arrival, ask the carrier to record the damage and open the package in front of the carrier if possible. Have the carrier record the damage to the ordered piece.

-Notify me immediately via email that your item(s) arrived damaged. Please take a photo of the damage and attach it to the email.

-Take the entire order, with all contents and all original packing material, to the local Post Office immediately and file a claim.

-The USPS will send the claim to me for processing.

-Do not mail the damaged items back to me as this will void the USPS insurance and I will not be able to give you a refund.

If your order was delivered by UPS, please contact UPS to file a claim in the same manner.
