2-  How should I care for and clean my items? Most of our products can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. For specific care instructions, please refer to the product details provided on our website.

3-  Are your items handmade? Yes, all our items are handcrafted by skilled artisans, making each piece unique and special.

4-  Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout to make your gift even more special.

6-  Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking portal.

7-  What is your shipping policy? We offer worldwide shipping with reliable carriers. Shipping times may vary based on location. Please check our shipping policy for estimated delivery times and any applicable fees or restrictions.

8-  What shipping services do you use? Within the USA, we offer USPS and UPS. Internationally, we offer USPS, UPS and DHL.

9-  How long does it take before you ship an order? Our processing and packaging time is 1-2 business days. 

10-  Do you accept custom orders? Yes. If you would like a custom color or design, simply use the contact us form with your contact information and a description of what you would like created. I will reply within 24 hours. I also do custom fine art. If you are interested in a drawing or painting, please fill out the fine art contact form using the links at the bottom of the fine art page.
